Toei Animation announced One Piece Film Red, a new anime film premiering on August 6th 2022 across Japanese theaters! Creator and general producer Eiichiro Oda provides an original story for the new film. Oda thanks fans for their support as the Straw Hats head into a new adventure next year. Goro Taniguchi (Code Geass) is the director with screenplay by Tsutomu Kuroiwa. The company also shared a new key visual depicting antagonist Patrick Redfield, also known as Red the Aloof.
