Netflix announced that Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045 is getting a second season! Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045 Season 2 premieres in 2022 on Netflix worldwide. Production I.G. returns to produce/animate the CG series. Character designer Ilya Kuvshinov will continue work for the second season as well. The anime’s key visual below:
