Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker delayed to December 7th

Final Fantasy XIV producer/director Naoki Yoshida announced that Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker has been delayed to December 7th for PS4, PS5 and PC. Early access for the expansion begins on December 3rd. The delay was decided on October 29th as the team needs more time to polish the game and expansion. This is due to factors such as player congestion and QA testing. Yoshida apologizes for the delay and hopes fans can wait just a little bit longer. Patch 6.01 releases on December 21st featuring the new Pandaemonium raids. To kick off the new year, Patch 6.05 arrives on January 4th with the Pandaemonium (Savage) raids. Lastly, Square Enix shared an official statement for the delay here.
