Sony published their financial results ending on September 30th, 2021! PS5 surpassed 13.3 million units sold worldwide. 3.3 million of those units were sold between July and the end of September this year. The PS4 surpassed 116.6 million units sold as console sales for this platform are slowing down to a crawl. PS4 only sold 200,000 units worldwide between July and the end of September this year. This is down by 1.3 million from the previous fiscal year.
