Quake Remastered is out now for PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC

    Bethesda just released Quake Remastered for PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC for just $9.99! PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions are coming at a later date as free upgrades to the PS4 and Xbox One versions. The original Quake has been remastered in up to 4K with widescreen support. Additionally, the game features enhanced models, lighting, depth of field and many more enhancements that make this the definitive version. MachineGames also developed new expansions for Quake called “Dimension of the Past” and “Dimension of the Machine”.

    Quake Remastered features cross-play in multiplayer alongside campaign co-op across all expansion packs. Bethesda is running dedicated servers for the game and mod support is active across all modes. For those on Xbox, Quake Remastered may even be played on XCloud. Switch players have access to gyro aiming for an even better experience with the Switch Pro Controller and Joy-Cons. Players who want a physical edition can pre-order one from Limited Run Games starting August 27th. Lastly, check out the new trailer below:
