Earlier today, popular social gaming platform Discord changed up their logo. The logo features a different shade of blue and different font while still maintaining the robot icon (Clyde) fans are accustomed to. Discord’s reasoning for the approach is interesting as this is their way of making the platform “a little friendlier”. This also serves as a small brand refresh for Discord as the company had the same logo since launch in 2015. Users who log into their Discord app on PC may notice that colors pop more while still maintaining the signature layout. For an explanation of changes made to Discord with the new logo, check out their new write up here.
