Koei Tecmo has announced that Ciel nosurge DX and Ar nosurge DX have been delayed to March 4th in Japan. The team cites that they need to further improve the quality of the game as it needs more polish. Ciel nosurge DX and Ar nosurge DX will release for PS4, Switch and Steam.
