It has been a long time coming but after months of requests, Activision has finally given fans what they have been wanting. In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s most recent patch, InfinityWard added the option to uninstall modes on PC. This can drastically lower the amount of space the game can take up now. This isn’t the first time the series done this. Steam allowed all previous games to do this, so it is nice to see BattleNet pick up the slack.
This also seems like it will affect this years Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War where it would seem to need it the most. With it’s Campaign, Multiplayer, and Zombies modes.
