Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 gets an extended soundtrack, featuring new bands and songs

    Published:

The original Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater duo are set to have a full remake bundle coming out this fall. And given how many people reference THPS when listening to “Superman” by Goldfinger, what would a remake like this be without some new tunes to back it up?

To more than make up for the five songs that are being cut from the game due to licensing issues, the remake will feature a total of 37 tracks not featured in the original PS1 titles. These tracks range between rap, rock, ska, and all sorts of other genres. Some particular names that stick out are Reel Big Fish, Sublime, Less Than Jake, and Zebrahead, though there are plenty more artists coming to the game for the first time.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 releases on September 4th for PS4 and Xbox One, as well as PC via Epic Game Store.
