A new update to Phantasy Star Online 2 is coming in 2021, titled New Genesis! This brand new update brings new content to the game as well as optimizations for Xbox Series X. The game is powered by Windows Azure servers, bringing a seamless online experience to all players. This update celebrates the 20th Anniversary of PSO and launches across Japan for PS4 and Switch versions of PSO 2 as well.
