December 2019 NPD: Nintendo Switch was the best selling platform of the entire year

Mat Piscatella is back with the latest monthly NPD results and it seems that the Switch dominated 2019! It was once again the best selling platform of the month in December. On top of that, Switch was the best selling platform of the entire year. The Switch Pro Controller was the best selling accessory of the year as well.
