SNK has announced the 20 games coming with the NEOGEO Arcade Stick Pro! Along with this, SNK showcased the features of the NEOGEO Arcade Stick Pro. Here are the details from the official press release:

The function buttons such as start and select are set on the side so players won’t press them by mistake when you are playing. Players can switch from “Joystick Mode” to “Connsole Mode” on the fly! Simply connect to a TV or display via the HDMI ports. It supports not only NEOGEO mini but also PC as a controller.The 2 meter long USB cable is stored in the bottom storage cabin.
