Here’s an overview of the anime, via Manga Dex:
On the day of the entrance ceremony, Takamiya Yuuhi caught a mysteriously high fever and was bedridden for a week. To camouflage the fact that he was a loner, he creates a bookworm persona that becomes firmly established both for himself and others. Hearing his despair over wanting friends, a clumsy alien called Nano arrives from space to push some dubious goods on him… With Nano’s outrageous products, Yuuhi’s school life spirals into even greater chaos!!
The curtain opens on a cute, slightly edgy, space-scale slapstick comedy!!
