Kadokawa has announced that the manga Where is the Elf Teacher’s Toilet? (Elf-Sensei no Toire wa Doko Desu ka?) by Chizuna Nakajima will receive an anime adaptation. A new X (formerly Twitter) account made the announcement, along with an illustration by Nakajima.

Eruru is an elf visiting from another world for her teaching practicum at an all-boys school. However, she has a problem; elven rules stipulate that she can only relieve herself in a place with abundant nature! Welcome to the heart-pounding, suspense-filled fantasy comedy about…needing to use the bathroom?
Where is the Elf Teacher’s Toilet? began serialization in January 2024, in Kadokawa’s Comic Cune. The first volume released in July 2024, followed by the second in February 2025. Also in Comic Cune, Nakajima previously created Jitensha no Onee-san (The Bicycle Lady) in September 2019. It ran until September 2020.
Nakajima served as mangaka for Angel’s Drop (Tenshi no Drop) from August 2011 to December 2013. Originally, it was hosted on the site Flex Comix Blood, owned by Holp Shuppan. After the site’s closure, Angel’s Drop began serialization on the site Comic Meteor. It received a five minute TV special anime adaptation in May 2013.
Before now, some other series in Comic Cune to have received anime adaptations include Ms. Vampire Who Lives in My Neighborhood in October 2018, Alice or Alice in April 2018, Hinako Note in April 2017, and Nyanko Days in January 2017.
