Netflix and OceanVeil are streaming Chainsmoker Cat in select regions around the world. In Japan, fans can watch the uncensored “Evil Dragon Unleashed” version of Chainsmoker Cat on the AT-X premium subscription channel and AnimeFesta, DMM TV, Fuji TV On Demand, Hulu, Netflix, and Anime Times streaming services.
