Capcom has revealed a new trailer for Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen at Tokyo Game Show 2026 alongside several new screenshots. The Dragon’s Dogma 2: Character Creation & Storage tool has also been updated to support the new character customization features of Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen.

With the arrival of Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen just around the corner, a new trailer featuring the story and enemies in the new area Norgan was revealed and eager Arisen can get an early look at the new character customization options coming with the expansion using the updated Dragon’s Dogma 2: Character Creation & Storage tool on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, and now available on Nintendo Switch 2.
Note: The new customization options will not be available to use in the Dragon’s Dogma 2 main game until the launch of the Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen expansion. However, we encourage you to get your characters ready for the upcoming release of Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen.
New Official Pawns created by partners around the world will be joining the lineup to help Arisen tackle the 12 Lost Rites Dungeon Challenges and unravel the mysteries beneath the snows of Norgan. Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen releases on October 9 for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam for $49.99. The Dark Arisen Expansion will also be available separately as DLC for the base game for $29.99. The Norgan Fashion Set – Northern Attire will be available as a pre-order bonus, which can be accessed via in-game storage at launch. Players who pre-order Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam will also get immediate access to Dragon’s Dogma 2 prior to the release of the expansion.
