Happinet has announced that Muramasa: Revenant Blades will release on February 4, 2027. It will launch for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and PC.
Muramasa: The Demon Blade was originally released for the Wii in 2009, with Muramasa: Rebirth releasing in 2013 for the Vita. Muramasa: Revenant Blades will support 4k resolution and feature new combat and weapon systems, alongside more modes and gameplay options. Physical pre-orders will also be available from Marvelous USA online store and participating retailers. The PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch versions will be $49.99, while the Nintendo Switch 2 version will be $59.99 and have the entire game on cartridge. A Limited Edition will also be available retailing at $89.99 and $99.99. It has the game, a collectible art book, a limited CD featuring select tracks from the game, and a 10′ x 14″ byōbu folding screen with more art. The following description is from the Steam page:
