The official website for the upcoming two-part Armored Trooper Votoms: Die Graue Hexe anime movie has released a new trailer for the film. It has also revealed cast and staff details for the upcoming release, the first part of which will premiere on November 20.
Miyuki Sawashiro plays Ash Vamps, who is a notorious and feared AT pilot called the Grey Witch. Mabuki Andou, meanwhile, plays Maki Stauffenberg, who is an officer secretly assigned to look into Ash’s past. The cast also includes Shinichirō Miki, Yūki Kaji, Yūichi Nakamura, Satoshi Tsuruoka, Tomokazu Sugita, Kenta Miyake, Chafurin, Hōchū Ōtsuka, Daisuke Ono, Takayuki Sugō, Takahiro Sakurai, and Sumire Uesaka in undisclosed roles.

Mamoru Oshii is directing the two films. Ryōsuke Takahashi, director and creator of the original concept for the original 1983 Armored Trooper Votoms anime, will supervise the film. Shinobu Tsuneki and manga artist Yoshiro Sōno are the mechanical designers. Kenji Kawai, who has worked with Oshii on various projects, will compose the music. The other staff members include:
