NEXON has revealed that a collaboration between MapleStory and Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End will launch on September 9. It will feature exclusive rewards, themed collection missions, intense boss-defeat missions, and Frieren herself as a companion when the collaboration launches on iOS, Android, and PC.
A press release states that “this collaboration merges two beloved worlds into one breathtaking adventure. Dive into a brand-new storyline alongside Frieren, taking on themed collection missions and intense boss-defeat missions. Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 3 will premiere in October 2027, and it will adapt the Golden Land Arc. Tomoya Kitagawa returns to direct the anime at Madhouse with support from Keiichirō Saitō. Daiki Harashina is the assistant director, and Tomohiro Suzuki handles series composition. Takasemaru and Keisuke Kojima are the character designers, and Evan Call is the composer.
Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 2 is streaming with English subs and an English dub on Crunchyroll. 21 episodes of the Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End ●●’s Magic mini anime are streaming on YouTube. Mrs. Green Apple performs the opening theme song “lulu,” and milet performs the ending theme song “The Story of Us” for Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 2.

She remained unchanged, but Himmel and the others have aged and only a little of their lives remain. Later, she witnesses Himmel’s death. Frieren is pained by her desire to have spent more time getting to know people. With that regret in her heart, she then goes on a journey to do just that. On her journey, she meets many people and many events await her.
