Bandai Namco Filmworks has released the main promotional video, key visual, additional cast and staff members, theme song artists, and October 4 release date for the upcoming anime adaptation of Manabu Yashiro’s Tank Chair manga. The promotional video reveals and previews the opening theme song, “DALALA,” which will be performed by reggae-punk band SiM. Daoko will perform the ending theme song “SYNC.”

Tadahiro Yoshihira and Hiroaki Ando are directing the anime and writing the scripts at Polygon Pictures. Yoshihira is also handling the overall series scripts. Yūki Moriyama is designing the characters, Masaru Yokoyama is composing the music, and Kazuma Teshigahara is credited with production design.
The manga for Tank Chair is published by Kodansha and is currently serialized in Monthly Shonen Sirius. The tenth volume of the manga released in Japan in March 2026, while the eighth volume came out in English on May 12.
