Bandai Namco has released the launch trailer for Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO Super Limit-Breaking NEO and confirmed that the DLC is coming to the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 version in 2027. Alongside Super Limit-Breaking NEO, Mission 100 and Survival Mode will also be added to the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 versions next year. More news about Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO is coming this October.
Unsurprisingly, this announcement brought criticism and anger from Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO players, with some fans asking why the release is staggered. Others are still calling on cross-play, which would unify the player base while waiting for more news on Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO.
Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO Super Limit-Breaking NEO launches on July 30 worldwide for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. As previously announced, the DLC will introduce the new Limit Breaker Journey solo mode, 33 new playable characters, four new Episode Battles, new Extra Battles, and four all-new stages.

Bandai Namco recently announced that Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3, the long-awaited entry in the successful online action game series by developer Dimps, is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam in 2027.
Dragon Ball fans can also look forward to Dragon Ball Super The Galactic Patrol, which adapts the events of the manga’s “Galactic Patrol Prisoner Arc”.
