Kakao Games and Guardian Tales developer Kong Studios have announced Guardian Maiden, a new action RPG coming to PC and mobile worldwide. Kakao Games and Kong Studios will reveal more details about the new RPG in the coming months.
The story of Guardian Maiden follows a hero and a saint on a journey to defeat an emerging evil in a fantasy world. Players can expect a diverse set of characters and vibrant pixel art reminiscent of Guardian Tales.
“We’re excited to introduce Guardian Maiden to players around the world,” said Kwangwon Seok, CEO of Kong Studios, in a press release. “The game reflects years of experience developing pixel art titles, action combat, and collectible RPGs. Together with Kakao Games, our long-time trusted publishing partner, we’re committed to delivering a polished, high-quality experience for players worldwide.”
Siwoo Lee, co-CEO of Kakao Games, added, “Kong Studios has consistently demonstrated exceptional game development capabilities, backed by a distinctive creative vision. Having built a strong partnership through years of collaboration, we’re excited to work together once again and bring Guardian Maiden to players around the world.”
