RedOctane Games and Dark Horse have announced that it will release a comic book adaptation of Stage Tour during San Diego Comic-Con 2026. The limited-edition comic will be available exclusively to SDCC attendees and as a free bonus collectible with future Stage Tour hardware bundle pre-orders.
The comic features cover art by Kim Hu, script by Zoe Tunnell, art by Liana Kangas, colors by Diana Sousa, and lettering by Comicraft’s Tyler Smith. In a statement, Jack Guinchard, Head of Marketing and Brand at RedOctane Games, said the following about the collaboration: “Stage Tour is about bringing people together through the shared experience and love of music. Partnering with Dark Horse Comics allows us to expand the world of Stage Tour beyond the game itself, giving fans a fresh new way to connect with its bandmates through something exclusive that they can discover, collect, and share.”
Recently, a video released which features interviews with developers and community members working on Stage Tour. This includes Alec Castillo, also known as YouTuber Acai28, game lead Alex Jeffreys, studio head Simon Ebejer, and more. It also reveals some of the songs that will be included in the set list. So far, the revealed tracks are:
- “RATATATA” by Babymetal and Electric Callboy
- “Get the Funk Out” by Extreme
- “Square Hammer” by Ghost
- “Mimi’s Delivery Service” by Good Kid
- “Dani California” by Red Hot Chili Peppers
- “Terminator Oscillator” by Static-X
- “Island in the Sun” by Weezer
Lastly, Stage Tour will launch later this year on PC via Steam and “major consoles.”
