Capcom has released its official benchmark tool for Onimusha: Way of the Sword on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. To access the benchmark tool on Steam, users must click the “Request Access” button for a Onimusha: Way of the Sword playtest.

The benchmark tool allows gamers to measure system’s performance for free in a stress test involving a demo of Onimusha: Way of the Sword. The benchmark will reveal the average frame rate of the game on the user’s system and grant a score to determine the effectiveness of the system’s hardware specifications.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword releases on September 4 for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. Pre-orders are available now featuring the “Sealed Curse” sword skin and “Lion Dog” charm as bonuses.

The Switch 2 version of Onimusha: Way of the Sword runs at 1080p 30 FPS in docked mode and 900p 30 FPS in handheld mode. There will also be a variable 30 to 40 FPS frame rate mode.
