Yostar and Hypergryph have announced that Arknights will release for PC via its official website on August 13. It is unknown if it is releasing only in Japan or in other regions.
While its follow-up, GRYPHLINE and Mountain Contour’s real-time 3D RPG Arknights: Endfield, is available now on Android, iOS, PlayStation 5, and PC, the original Arknights is only available in iOS and Android in regions other than China. In addition, the specs for the re-release are also available now. Only time will tell if the PC version will get a worldwide release. The Google Play Store provides more details on Arknights, stating:
Take on the role of a key member of Rhodes Island, a pharmaceutical company that fights both a deadly infection and the unrest it leaves in its wake. Together with your leader Amiya, you’ll recruit Operators, train them, then assign them to various operations to protect the innocent and resist those who would thrust the world into turmoil.
