Nintendo has announced that, after the Splatoon Raiders direct on June 30, a Nintendo Treehouse dedicated to the game will take place. The direct is set for 10 AM EDT/7 AM PDT/3 PM GMT.

The direct will last 15 minutes and focus on what fans can expect from the upcoming game. Right afterwards, a Treehouse will take place for 30 minutes, and further showcase the gameplay. Both will be available to stream on Nintendo’s YouTube. Splatoon Raiders is now available to pre-order on the Nintendo eShop. The listing confirms that it will cost $49.99 digitally and $59.99 physically. The game will include multiplayer with up to three other players online or via local wireless. The store page describes the game as follows:

In this single-player-focused adventure, play as a mechanic working with Deep Cut—a trio of swashbuckling musicians—and venture out into the mysterious Spirhalite Islands!

Customize your character, kit yourself out with mechanical gadgets and ink-splattering weapons, and take on waves of enemy Salmonids as you raid the islands for treasure.

It’s not just you out there, though. One member of Deep Cut will raid alongside you in a powerful bot. You can also join with up to three other players online or via local wireless.

Splatoon Raiders will release on July 22 for the Nintendo Switch 2. A Splatfest themed around Splatoon Raiders will take place in Splatoon 3 from July 10-12. Additionally, two Joy-Con 2 controllers themed around Raiders will be available alongside the game’s release. Amiibo for the game will also release on July 22. More details about Raiders will be revealed on June 30.
