MAPPA has announced that it will be producing the new TV anime adaptation of Coco Uzuki’s Fall in Love, You False Angels manga for its 2027 premiere. A new teaser trailer for the Fall in Love, You False Angels anime was also released, and the main staff members were announced.
The main staff members include:

Uzuki launched the manga in Kodansha’s Dessert magazine in April 2023. Fall in Love, You False Angels would go on to win the Kodansha Manga Awards in 2025, and it was also nominated for the Shogakukan Manga Awards in 2025. The manga also ranked in the top 20 among female readers for Takarajimasha’s Kono Manga ga Sugoi! (This Manga Is Amazing!) guidebook multiple times.
Kodansha publishes the manga in English on K MANGA and Omoi. Kodansha describes the manga:
