CyberAgent and Shochiku have announced that the Kagurabachi Anime World Tour will kick off with an exclusive preview of the first 20 minutes of episode 1 at Anime Expo 2026. Preview screenings will also be held at Anime NYC 2026, Japan Expo Paris, and AnimagiC in “Part 1” of the Kagurabachi Anime World Tour.
Some of the Kagurabachi Anime World Tour events will host special panel sessions featuring Chihiro Rokuhira voice actor Taihi Kimura, the producers of the anime, and the editor/cross-media producer of the manga. The official website for Kagurabachi Anime World Tour is also now live ahead of the events this July and onward.

Kagurabachi is getting a television anime adaptation in April 2027. The anime will star Taihi Kimura as Chihiro Rokuhira. Tetsuya Takeuchi directs the Kagurabachi anime at studio Cypic, and Keigo Sasaki handles the character design. Shochiku and CyberAgent are on the production committee.
Takeru Hokazono first released the Kagurabachi manga in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in September 2023. Shueisha published the manga’s 11th compiled volume in Japan on May 1. The manga has enjoyed massive success and has 4 million copies in circulation.
