Fairy Tail manga creator Hiro Mashima has announced that his new manga miniseries will launch one week earlier on July 29. The Fairy Tail manga miniseries will begin in 2026’s 35th issue of Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine, since Mashima proceeded to complete the manga’s draft at a fast pace.
In addition, a new Fairy Tail 20th anniversary special promotional video was released featuring the song “Snow Fairy” by FUNKIST. Further, Mashima confirmed that he will be conducting an autograph tour for fans in Hokkaido, Tokyo, Aichi, Osaka, and Fukuoka.
The latest anime in the series is Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest, which aired from July 2024 to January 2025 across two cours. All 25 episodes of the anime, along with the entire original Fairy Tail anime series, are streaming on Crunchyroll. The Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest manga is still ongoing, and Kodansha is publishing the series in English.
