The staff for the Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest anime have showcased the new theme song for the ongoing series in a new trailer. THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE will perform the new theme, titled “Endless Happy-Ending.” Emi Noda will perform the ED, “ties.” Both themes will debut in the anime’s next episode, airing on Sunday, October 13. The Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest anime adaptation was originally announced back in September 2021. The anime’s staff confirmed more details about the upcoming series in March 2024. It aired on July 7, 2024. The cast of the anime includes:

- Aya Hirano as Lucy Heartfilia
- Rie Kugimiya as Happy
- Yūichi Nakamura as Gray Fullbuster
- Sayaka Ōhara as Erza Scarlet
- Satomi Satō as Wendy
- Yui Horie as Charle
- Mugihito as Elefseria
- Yuichiro Umehara as Mercphobia
- Yōko Hikasa as Karameel
- Sayumi Suzushiro as Touka
Shinji Ishihara is the chief director, and Toshinori Watanabe is the director at J.C. STAFF. Atsuhiro Tomioka returns as the script supervisor, and Edens Zero character designer Yurika Sako returns for the anime. Shōji Hata is the sound director, and Yasuharu Takanashi is the music composer.
