SUNSOFT and Rocket Studio have announced GAME The Strongest Job Is Apparently Not a Hero or a Sage, but an Appraiser (Provisional)! ~Dungeon and Mystery Girl~, a new game adaptation of Atekichi’s The Strongest Job is Apparently Not a Hero or a Sage, but an Appraiser (Provisional)! light novel series and anime. The new title is a fast-paced arena shooter, launching April 23 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.

Ryushen performs the opening theme song “Compass wa Tōmei (The Compass is Clear).” Phantom Siita performs the ending theme song “Mō Iikai?.”

Makoto Hoshino directs the anime at Studio Flad. Megumi Shimizu oversees and writes the series scripts, and Mihoko Ogawa and Yoshie Matsumoto are the anime’s character designers.
Atekichi’s light novel series was launched in March 2017 on the AlphaPolis website, and the first volume launched that same year with illustrations by Akira Shigaraki. Takeda launched the manga adaptation in August 2017 on the AlphaPolis website.
