During AnimeJapan2026, the staff of the upcoming anime adaptation of Kotoko and Kaname Hanamiya’s The Final-Boss Prince is Somehow Obsessed with the Chubby Villainess: Reincarnated Me manga revealed a brand new trailer. Alongside the trailer, a character visual was also released showing the four main characters.
The anime adaptation of The Final-Boss Prince is Somehow Obsessed with the Chubby Villainess: Reincarnated Me stars Haruka Shiraishi as Celine and Takeo Ōtsuka as Wilfred. Both Voice actors attended the event.
Naoyuki Kuzuya directs the anime at Studio Lings, Shūsaku Katō is the assistant director, and Mitsutaka Hirota handles series composition and screenplay. Fumino Kakihata and Yukiko Sekita are the character designers, and Infinite is producing the anime.
Kotoko and Hanamiya launched the manga in April 2023, and the series has gone on to accrue over 70 million downloads. MANGA MIRAI publishes the series in English and describes the story:
