Illumination has revealed that Star Fox will feature in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, via a new poster released for the film. It will premiere in theaters on April 1.
Star Fox joins the rest of the movie’s cast, which includes mainstays such as Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, Rosalina, Toad, Yoshi, and Bowser Jr. Additionally, the film will feature R.O.B. and the Pikmin. The inclusion of both has lead people to speculate that a Super Smash Bros. film is on the horizon. Only time will tell if other Nintendo characters, such as Kirby or Captain Falcon, will also make an appearance. Additionally, it is currently unknown who will voice Star Fox.
