HORI has announced a new Mario Kart Racing Wheel Pro Deluxe and Mini for both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. As the name implies, the peripherals are compatible with racing games, including but not limited to Mario Kart World.
The Deluxe features an 11-inch wheel and a far more realistic look compared to the Mini, which has an 8.6 inch wheel. The former costs $129.99 while the latter is $79.99. Both feature an ergonomic wheel design with textured rubber grips, pedals and paddles, as well as adjustable controls.
With said controls, you can modify the Dead Zone, choose between 7 levels of sensitivity, switch between 270-degree and 180-degree steering outputs, and remap your buttons. There’s also a dedicated GameChat button for Switch 2 users. You can purchase it at several local and online retailers, including Amazon, when it releases on March 23.
Mario Kart World initially released for the Nintendo Switch 2 alongside the launch of the console of June 5. In January, Nintendo launched update 1.5.0, which introduced team races to Knockout Tour in multiplayer rooms for Online Play and Wireless, and a Polish language localization was also added.
