Wuthering Waves Version 3.2 ‘Resolution to Illuminate the Shadows’ Update Releases on March 19

Kuro Games has announced that Wuthering Waves Version 3.2 “Resolution to Illuminate the Shadows” will launch on March 19 featuring new Resonator Sigrika, special events, new main story quests, Persona 5 Royal Expedition Motorbike Collab Livery bundles, and much more. Wuthering Waves Version 3.2 players can also receive free rewards by redeeming new gift codes

  • New Main Quests
    • Chapter III Act IV Gold Suspended in Shadows
    • Segue: Afterstory Rabbit Reflected in Shades
  • New Expedition Motorbike Liveries
    • QUEEN and VIOLET – From April 9, 2026 at 10:00 to April 29, 2026 at 11:59 (server time), the following Expedition Motorbike Collab Livery bundles (Persona 5 Royal) will be available in the Store: QUEEN and VIOLET.
  • New High Difficulty Recurring Challenge
    • Endstate Matrix – Endstate Matrix is updated in the form of Challenge Cycles. Each Challenge Cycle contains multiple Challenge Stages. The first Challenge Cycle (Endstate Matrix: Doomsday Cycle) lasts from Version 3.2 to Version 3.4. For more details, stay tuned for upcoming official announcements.

      • In the Resonator trial event “Ascendant Aces,” you can now directly claim the rewards for Resonators whose trials you’ve completed in a previous version upon re-entering the event, without having to repeat the challenges.
    • Expedition Motorbike Experience
      • Optimized the Expedition Motorbike’s Autopilot Mode: Adjusted the obstacle-avoidance logic to reduce sudden tur caused by overly sensitive detection while driving.
      • Optimized Expedition Motorbike’s chassis adaptability: This reduces instances of getting stuck on small bumps or uneve terrain, allowing for smoother travel overall.
    • Echo Upgrade & Management
      • Adjusted the underlying logic of Echo management: Plans can now be edited based on Sonata Effect instead of freely assigning empty plans. You can batch-process your Echoes once you’ve finalized an optimized Echo management plan. Added the feature allowing the sharing and importing of Echo management plans: You can generate a plan code to share it with others or enter another Rover’s plan code to quickly import and apply their full plan configuration.
      • Added Smart Discard: You can discard Echoes according to Suggested Plan or Custom Management Plan. Based on the selected method, Echo Smart Discard can quickly filter and discard owned Echoes.
      • Optimized Echo Backpack: When the total number of stored Echoes exceeds a certain threshold, you will be reminded to use Smart Discard, and when the total number of discarded Echoes exceeds a certain threshold, you will be reminded to use Data Merge.
    • Graphics and Performance
      • Added the “High Quality” option for some mobile devices with relatively high performance.
      • Added the adjustable “Render Distance” option on PC. You can customize this setting based on your hardware and personal preferences.

Wuthering Waves, the Player’s Voice award winner from The Game Awards 2025, is available now for Android, iOS, Mac, PlayStation 5, and PC via Windows, Steam, and Epic Games Store. The game is also compatible on Steam Deck, meaning it will likely be playable on the upcoming Steam Machine.

A physical Wuthering Waves PlayStation 5 Deluxe Collection will launch in spring 2026. This physical copy includes an exclusive metal display featuring vibrant game-inspired artwork, an acrylic standee of the two main protagonists, decorative acrylic paper, a collectible postcard, and redemption codes for a selection of in-game items.
