The Pokémon Company announced that Pokémon Sleep is now compatible with Garmin smartwatches, allowing owners to track their sleep and study Pokémon sleep styles. To celebrate the collaboration and World Sleep Day, two new videos were released on the official Pokémon YouTube channel, titled “Pokémon Sleep x Garmin | Adventure Awaits — Day and Night!” and “Good Morning with Pokémon Sleep“.
Pokémon Sleep players who register and track sleep data on Garmin smartwatches between March 13, 2026, and November 1, 2026, will receive a gift of three Poké Biscuits. The Poké Biscuits can be accepted by tapping the Gift Box icon in the upper right of the in-game menu. Gifts sent to the Gift Box must be claimed within 90 days of delivery, and only one set of items can be redeemed per account.
In addition, two new Pokémon Sleep watch faces, “Pokémon Sleep: Snorlax & Friends” and “Pokémon Sleep: I Choose You,” will also be available to download at no cost on select smartwatches via Garmin’s Connect IQ Store app. The selected Pokémon on the Garmin smartwatch will change to different poses depending on the remaining Body Battery energy levels. Every night, one of three sleep styles will appear at random as well.
Lastly, Pokémon Sleep is available now on iOS via App Store and Android via Google Play Store.
