Ratata Arts and Game Source Entertainment have announced Ratatan, the rhythm-based roguelike game from the creators of Patapon, will exit Steam Early Access and launch on July 16 for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Development of the Nintendo Switch version has been canceled due to the multiplayer experience not reaching the developer’s desired level of quality, so Ratatan will instead receive a Nintendo Switch 2 version as the developers focus on optimizations across all supported platforms.
