A new promotional video for the TV anime adaptation of Hey’s Kamiina Botan, Yoeru Sugata wa Yuri no Hana manga has revealed the anime’s April 10 premiere at 24:00 (effectively April 11 at 12:00 a.m. JST) on Tokyo MX, BS11, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and TV Saitama. The six main cast members will sing a different version of the ending theme song “Kanjō Glass (Emotional Glass).”
Sayumi Suzushiro will star as Botan in Kamiina Botan, Yoeru Sugata wa Yuri no Hana, alongside Yoshino Aoyama as Ibuki Tomino, Minako Kotobuki as Kanade Gujō, Yurina Amami as Akane Yusa, Miyu Tomiya as Yaeka Kitamori, and Maki Kawase as Chang Chin-Lan.
Takashi Sakuma directs the anime at Soigne with Shuntarō Tozawa as the assistant director. Kou Yoshinari is the character designer, and Yūsuke Matsuo and Miyachi are the main animators. In addition, Yōko Yonaiyama is in charge of series scripts, and Kana Hashiguchi is the music composer.
Hey launched the Kamiina Botan, Yoeru Sugata wa Yuri no Hana manga on Akita Shoten’s Manga Cross website in March 2019. What’s more, Akita Shoten published the manga’s first compiled book volume back in January 2020, and the sixth volume shipped on March 18, 2025.
