The official website for the upcoming anime adaptation of Gorō Aizome’s Do You Like Big Girls? (Ōkii Onnanoko wa Suki Desu ka?) manga revealed the anime’s April 2026 premiere window. The anime’s staff, cast, and visual were also revealed.

Aizome launched the manga in Takeshobo’s Monthly Kissca magazine in 2014, later transferring to Takeshobo’s GANMA! Plus (now known as Takecomic) website in January 2022 following the final issue of Monthly Kissca. The manga is still ongoing on Takecomic, with the eighth and most recent volume being published in June 2022. Seven Seas Entertainment licenses and publishes the manga in English.
