Sanrio and Sunblink have announced the “Cozy Fits & Blanket Forts” update for Hello Kitty Island Adventure, also known as Content Update 5, is now available for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. Hello Kitty Island Adventure Content Update 5 adds Marumofubiyori (Moppu), who is described as “a gentle polar bear who naps under a fluffy blanket and spends his waking hours playing video games in his cozy cave, awakens from hibernation.”
Hello Kitty Island Adventure Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is available now in the Nintendo eShop for $49.99. Nintendo Switch users can upgrade to the Nintendo Switch 2 version with an “Upgrade Pack” for $9.99. Hello Kitty Island Adventure Nintendo Switch 2 Edition features higher frame rates, smoother and cleaner visuals with a higher resolution, CameraPlay with GameChat, and Joy-Con 2 mouse controls.
