NIS America has released a new Story Recap trailer for The Legend of Heroes: Trails beyond the Horizon to give fans a refresher on the previous game, The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak II. There are heavy story spoilers in the trailer, so it’s advised that players are caught up on Trails through Daybreak II and previous titles before playing Trails beyond the Horizon or watching the Story Recap.
Trails beyond the Horizon launches on January 15 for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. A Limited Edition is available to pre-order at the NIS Online Store, featuring the Deluxe Edition, art book, original mini soundtrack, SteelBook, “Grim Timekeeper” acrylic clock, and a collector’s box. The Switch 2 version (game-key card) of the Limited Edition costs $109.99, which is $10 more than the others.
The Story Demo for Trails beyond the Horizon is available now on all platforms with save data transfers to the full game. A Battle Demo is also available, exclusively on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
