A new trailer for the TV anime adaptation of Kocha Agasawa’s You and I Are Polar Opposites manga series reveals the anime’s opening theme song “Lose the Frames (Megane wo Hazushite)” by Noa.
You and I Are Polar Opposites anime premieres on January 11, 2026, and new episodes will be airing on MBS, TBS, and affiliate channels on Sundays at 5:00 p.m. JST. Crunchyroll will be streaming the anime.
PAS TASTA performs the ending theme song “Pure feat. Eriko Hashimoto.”
