MAGES. has announced Memories Off Sousou: Break out of my shell, the fan disc to romance visual novel Memories Off Sousou: Not always true, will launch on April 9, 2026 in Japan and Asia for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam with Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese language options.
In Japan, Memories Off Sousou: Break out of my shell will be sold physically and digitally with multiple editions. First-print copies include the digital game Memories Off: Koi Koi Taisen, a special hanafuda card game featuring characters from the series. The game will be included as a download code with physical copies and as a bonus download with the digital editions.

Memories Off Sousou: Not always true released on April 10, 2025 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam in Japan and Asia. Mutsumi Sasaki is the game’s character designer. Steins;Gate series main writer Naotaka Hayashi was the scenario writer. Moreover, Science Adventure series composer Takeshi Abo returned to compose the game’s soundtrack. The game’s opening movie features the theme song “Not always true” by Ayane.
