During The Game Awards, actress Milla Jovovich appeared and announced that she would be the next celebrity to be the elusive target in HITMAN: World of Assassination, starting in February 2026. Over the years, many different celebrities have been elusive targets. Currently, rapper Eminem is an elusive target as his alter ego, Slim Shady.

“I am very excited to join the world of Assassination! I am stepping into an amazing character with Lilith; she is dangerous, she has ambition, and a dark secret. I can’t wait for HITMAN fans to step into this new mission and uncover her story,” stated Milla Jovovich.

In this new mission, Agent 47 is tasked with the elimination of Lilith Devereux, the ambitious prospective CEO of Ether Corporation. A relative newcomer in the world of the high and mighty, Devereux’s rapid ascent has followed the mysterious deaths of her predecessor Neleis De Waal and chief scientists Silvio Caruso and Francesca De Santis. Her meteoric rise has been generously supported by Gregory Carlisle. For this mission, Agent 47 will visit the Carlisle Estate, based in the Dartmoor location, where tensions will reach a breaking point.
The Game Awards 2025 marks the 11th year of the annual show, run and hosted by Geoff Keighley. This year, the nominees were led by Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Hades 2, Death Stranding 2: On The Beach, and Hollow Knight: Silksong.
