Capcom will be hosting a Monster Hunter Showcase on December 8 at 2:00 p.m. PST / 5:00 p.m. EST on YouTube. Hosted by series producer Ryozo Tsujimoto, the Monster Hunter Showcase will feature the latest news on Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection and Monster Hunter Wilds Free Title Update 4.
Update: December 8 – Due to the recent tsunami warning as a result of an earthquake off the coast of Japan, the Monster Hunter Showcase has been postponed to a later date. Capcom will reveal a new date and time for the showcase once ready.
Monster Hunter Wilds Free Title Update 4 will launch on December 16. The new update will introduce Elder Dragon Gogmazios, and there will also be expanded endgame content, weapon buffs, seasonal events, and performance improvements for Monster Hunter Wilds.
Monster Hunter Wilds is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Before launch, Final Weapon reviewed Monster Hunter Wilds and gave it a 4 out of 5 score, noting that the game is “a worthy follow-up to Capcom’s most successful game ever.”
Capcom will release new amiibo for Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, which launches on March 13, 2026 alongside the game for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam. The Standard Edition of Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection costs $69.99, and Deluxe Edition and Premium Deluxe Edition copies will be available for $89.99 and $99.99, respectively.
The Deluxe Edition includes the full game and the Deluxe Kit with the Rudy’s Tale additional side story, which launches in fall 2026, and the Special Outfit Set featuring layered armor for companions, additional Rudy outfits, and hair options for the player character. Premium Deluxe Edition contents include all Deluxe Edition content and an additional special cosmetic DLC pack.
