Take a look back to look forward.

Spike Chunsoft has announced the Danganronpa 15th Anniversary Exhibition will be held from March 1 to March 15, 2026 at the Matsuzakaya Ueno Store (6F). The exhibition lets players take a look back at the Danganronpa series’ 15-year history with various materials and illustrations, along with a puzzle-solving game inside the venue, as translated by Final Weapon staff writer Ryuji.

Advance tickets for Danganronpa 15th Anniversary Exhibition will be available for 2,200 yen, starting December 20. Fans can also purchase tickets during the event for 2,500 yen. There will also be two separate tickets that Danganronpa fans can buy—Limited Merchandise Vouchers (2,500 yen) and Puzzle-Solving Vouchers (2,000 yen). Limited Merchandise Voucher purchases let attendees access the exhibition’s merch store, and Puzzle-Solving Vouchers let attendees play the puzzle-solving game.

A regular ticket purchase is still required for entry to the shop and game, however. Fans in Japan wanting access to the exhibition a day before the event (February 29) may apply for a “Preview Ticket” via a lottery. The Preview Ticket costs 6,000 yen, which results in roughly 700 yen in savings. Additional benefits will be revealed at a later date.

Additionally, new Danganronpa 2×2 gameplay was revealed during the Danganronpa 15th Anniversary Fes: Ultimate Appreciation Festival livestream:

Danganronpa 2×2 launches in 2026 for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, and fans can wishlist the game right now in the PlayStation Store. Kazutaka Kodaka is working on Danganronpa 2×2 alongside developers from Too Kyo Games, Spike Chunsoft, and Gemdrops. Kodaka is supervising the story and providing story and trick ideas. Character designer Rui Komatsuzaki and composer Masafumi Takada also return. The main cast includes Doraemon voice actor Wasabi Mizuta as Monokuma and Kinuta Oshiro as Monomi.
