The official website for the upcoming “light anime” adaptation of Tenma Asahi’s In Order to Love My Most Beloved Step-Brother, I’ll Live a Long Life! light novel series revealed the two main cast members. The anime will premiere in January 2026.
Ayumu Murase will voice Alba, and Shōta Aoi will voice Orsis. Yūsuke Morishita is directing the anime, while Izumi Tezuka is handling the series scripts. Kazuya Takahashi is the production supervisor. IMAGICA Infos and Imageworks Studio are the animation producers. DNP and Imagica Info’s Animation ID are producing the project.
AlphaPolis published the first volume of the light novel series in September 2021 and published the fifth compiled book volume on January 20. In January 2025, Aki Tsujimoto launched a manga adaptation of the series on the AlphaPolis platform. AlphaPolis shipped the second volume on July 2.
