H2 Interactive and MOSS announced Raiden Fighters Remix Collection is coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 on February 26, 2026. Pre-orders for the new Raiden spin-off collection are available at retailers in Japan, including Amazon Japan, Biccamera, and Yodobashi.
Raiden Fighters Remix Collection includes Japanese and western versions of Raiden Fighters, Raiden Fighters 2: Operation Hell Dive, and Raiden Fighters Jet, which were originally released in 1996, 1997, and 1998, respectively. The collection features remixed music, including 30 stage and boss tracks for each game, and there’s also a sound player and a setting to customize each stage’s music. Participating artists include Soshi Hosoi, Kazushi Turukubo, and Yuki Arai. Further, fans can take advantage of wallpaper customization, an arcade-style CRT filter, and a tate (vertical) mode for rotated monitors.
What’s more, all three games in the collection will be available individually in the PlayStation Store and Nintendo eShop. Raiden Fighters Remix Collection will be sold physically with Standard and Limited Editions in the west with a new main visual by Macross and Gundam mechanical designer Hidetaka Tenjin. Previously, MOSS and UFO Interactive released the twin stick shoot ’em up Raiden NOVA is coming to the west on October 31, 2024 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. In Japan, Raiden NOVA was released digitally and physically at retail. A Special Edition was sold featuring an original soundtrack CD, acrylic block, reversible cover art, and an all-Raiden special box.
