Nintendo announced the second Kirby Air Riders Direct will be held on October 23 at 6:00 a.m. PT / 9:00 a.m. ET. Hosted by director Masahiro Sakurai, the second Kirby Air Riders Direct will be 60 minutes long with more information about the Nintendo Switch 2 game, and it will be live streamed on YouTube and the Nintendo Today! app.
The new Kirby & Warp Star and Bandana Waddle Dee & Winged Star amiibo will launch on November 20 alongside Kirby Air Riders for Nintendo Switch 2. Kirby Air Riders players can tap them to summon Figure Players in-game that you can train and level up, and the amiibo also allows them to swap riders just like in the game to choose your rider and machine.
This successor to 2003’s Kirby Air Ride offers many new features, including a wide range of playable characters across the Kirby series, a variety of machines, and more. City Trial is set to return, and there are likely more surprises in store that we’ll learn about in the second Direct presentation.
