Here’s a synopsis of the upcoming collaboration, along with a new trailer, via Level Infinite:
The story unfolds in the ruins of a long-forgotten mansion, where a mysterious NEO-Virus infection has begun to spread. As the A.C.P.U. Squad, D, and the Commander investigate, the team encounters Jill Valentine and her allies. The newly released trailer teases haunting scenes – Poli attacked by a shadowy, mysterious hand, followed by Jill, Ada, and Claire appearing in a crimson-lit chapel, setting the stage for a tense and unforgettable showdown.
This crossover brings together the globally acclaimed survival horror legacy of Resident Evil into the character-driven world of NIKKE, delivering an event unlike anything players have experienced before. ‘REBORN EVIL’ promises unexpected encounters, high-stakes battles, and explosive drama between the Commander’s squad and these iconic Resident Evil heroines.
Resident Evil Requiem, the ninth mainline game in the Resident Evil series, will release on February 27, 2026 for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Final Weapon had the opportunity to experience hands-off gameplay of Resident Evil Requiem at Summer Game Fest 2025.
In Resident Evil Requiem, protagonist Grace Ashcroft, an employee of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, is set to journey back to where it all began: Raccoon City. Players will have the choice to choose between first and third-person perspectives, which will allow for two completely different horror experiences.
Lastly, Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is available on iOS, Android, and PC.
